Mam pytanie do osób zorientowanych na rynku filmów DVD. Czy może znacie jakieś tytuły filmów typowo kiczowatych klasy B, C, D itd. na temat wojny w Wietnamie? Nieraz można spotkać takie tytuły w tak zwanych "koszach" w supermarketach i hipermarketach. Czy mógłby ktoś pomóc mi i podać jakieś konkretne tytuły, ewentualnie dopisać w jakich hipermarketach szukać? Ostatnio łykam wszystkie tego typu kiepskie filmy wojenne, szczególnie o Wietnamie nakręcone w latach 80 i 90. A kilka widziałem w supermarketach w cenie od 4 do 10zł.

Witam!Co do filmików to spotkałem się z kilkoma,jednak nie mogę powiedzieć,że są dziadowskie.Z każdego można wyciągnąc coś koszernego,nie jest tak żle.Oczywiście są błędy,ale da się obejrzeć.Np."ZWIAD:84 CHARLIE MoPIC"-mam nadzieję,że nikt się nie obrazi."ROK W PIEKLE"-WYSZŁY W POLSCE KASETY VHS 8 części.Co jeszcze o,"THE VETERAN"-w polskiej telewizji ukazał się pod tytułem POWRÓT-ciekawe kinko.Jest to tylko moja osobista opinia,jednak polecam!

Nie kiczowaty znowu, nigdy nie wyemitowany w Polsce Tour of Duty (Rok w Piekle). Serial o namie, powstały 3 serie i naprawdę jest co oglądać. Podobno kiedyś był na kasetach vhs. Jedyne źródło aby go jeszcze zobaczyć to internet, nie ma napisów oprócz do pilota. Oglądam i jest z każdym odcinkiem coraz lepszy.

Tak jak napisal Piotrek, "Rok w piekle" bylo wydane w polsce na kasetach VHS. Mozna je spotkac na allegro.
Serial moze rzeczywiscie nie kiczowaty, na pewno lepszy od wspolczesznej produkcji "Szczury tunelowe", jednak zaliczajacy sie raczej do klasy B.
Mnie osobiscie razi mala pula aktorow, i tak raz widzimy kogos grajacego mnicha, potem partyzanta a potem jeszcze inna postac.
Serial dla osob lubiacych temat godny obejrzenia.

znajduje się na youtubie. Polecam go bo jest świetny choć pokazuje w większości polityczne implikacje związane z konfliktem od jego rozpoczęcia po wyjście Amerykanów z vietnamu.

Aspekt polityczny był najważniejszy w tej wojnie. Ręce żołnierzy były związane decyzjami politycznymi, taki SOG miał wiedzę pozwalającą zakończyć tą wojnę dzięki atakom na wojska północnego wietnamu stacjonującego i zaopatrującego się na terytorium Laosu i Kambodży. Pamiętasz gdy w książce Plaster wspominał o wypowiedzi jednego z Generałów NVA, mówił on że w czasie jednego z bombardowań amerykanie byłi tak blisko zniszczenia potężnych sił armii północy że mogło to kompletnie sparaliżować siły wroga. Ale decyzje polityczne kazały tym biednym żołnierzom patrzeć jak przegrywają tą wojnę.

Tak, podobna sytuacja, choć odwrotna, miała miejsce w 1972 roku kiedy to bombardowania Wietnamu Północnego zmusiły Hanoi do wznowienia rozmów z Waszyngtonem.
